Abstract

Instructional design is a core competency for educators in the digital age. A study involving 1023 Italian teachers indicated that, while many harness digital tools, a significant number primarily use them to store and share materials on cloud services or PCs, often following a linear lesson outline. Integrating technology into the teaching paradigm can profoundly enhance educational outcomes. Yet, for optimal results, this integration must be approached with deliberate, pedagogical foresight, emphasizing an ecosystemic, context-aware, and dynamic methodology.
