Abstract
- The article titled "Nanoscale Surface Photovoltage Spectroscopy" in Advanced Optical Materials discusses the use of Scanning Probe Microscopy to measure the nanoscale photoresponse of perovskite solar cell surfaces. The method, called nanoscale surface photovoltage spectroscopy (nano-SPV), allows for the resolution and mapping of different areas with varying defect density in correlation with the sample topography. The authors' findings highlight the influence of passivation and grain size changes on defects, contributing to a better understanding of defects in perovskite materials. The authors of the article are Yenal Yalcinkaya, Pascal N. Rohrbeck, Emilia R. Schütz, Azhar Fakharuddin, Lukas Schmidt‐Mende, and Stefan A.L. Weber. [Extracted from the article]
