Regression test showed that citizenship behavior (ADJ.R2=0.269) and adaptive performance (ADJ.R2=0.145) significantly predict the perception of organizational justice. Mean citizenship behavior (66.85±18.26) was moderate, adaptive performance (68.76±16.98) was moderate and perception of organizational justice (61.5±8.9) was high. Conclusion: Developing creativity in the workplace and planning to control nurses' stress has an important role in improving the perception of organizational justice in nurses. Also, creating a healthy work environment by improving healthy working relationships and nurses' participation in functional decisions by increasing the adaptive performance of nurses can play a decisive role in the perception of organizational justice in health systems.
