Abstract

In this article, the formation of aromatic hydrocarbons in the (MoO3)x·(ZnO)y·(ZrO2)z•(B2O3)k catalyst was studied and analyzed. Hydrothermal synthesis is important in ensuring the isomorphous exchange of aluminum or silicon in the zeolite crystal lattice to modifiers. Acidic and textural characteristics of catalyst are improved due to isomorphous exchange in hydrothermal synthesis. This article presents the results of studying the kinetic laws of the catalytic aromatization reaction of propane on the (MoO3)x·(ZnO)y·(ZrO2)z•(B2O3)k catalyst and the composition of the products. High-silicon zeolite obtained from kaolin of Pakhtachi district of the Republic of Uzbekistan was used as a carrier. Metals contained in the catalyst were introduced into the carrier at the stage of hydrothermal synthesis. Hexamethylene diamine and citric acid were used as structuring agents. The reactor consists of a quartz tube with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 220 mm, in which 5 ml of catalyst is placed. The gas content was determined by gas chromatographic method on Kristall 5000 gas chromatograph. It was carried out in a 3 m long column with an inner diameter of 3 mm, filled with alumina treated with petroleum jelly to separate C3−C4 hydrocarbons and air. The analysis was performed at a programmed temperature. Hydrogen determination was carried out in a 1 m column with an inner diameter of 3 mm packed with 13X zeolite. The analysis was carried out at a constant temperature of 35 °C. Analysis time 5 minutes, carrier gas, argon flow rate 10 ml/min. A hydrogen content calibration graph was constructed to calculate the hydrogen content. Aromatic hydrocarbons were determined according to GOST R 56343-2015. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
