Abstract

In this project, an innovative method that may be highly beneficial to the agricultural industry was implemented. Utilizing the properties of plant leaf photos, it is possible to detect pests and diseases. For this implementation, computer vision is being used. This sort of computer vision approach is a sub domain of artificial intelligence. We are classifying pests and illnesses using a classification method based on deep learning. This form of categorization algorithm is based on how the human brain functions; therefore it is capable of making decisions. Before adjudgment is made, our input picture under goes preprocessing and feature extraction. This step includes colour conversion and settling operations. At this step, any undesired sounds we detected will be filtered out, signifying that noise will be eliminated. This sort of machine vision-based system recognizes and categorizes our input picture categories and their millines type automatically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
