The article titled "A Novel Drug Self-Delivery System from Fatty Alcohol Esters of Tranexamic Acid for Venous Malformation Sclerotherapy" has been retracted by the Pharmaceutics Editorial Office. The authors of the article raised concerns about scientific and image errors after its publication. An investigation conducted by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board confirmed the presence of errors in the figures, incorrect association of subfigures to experimental animals, and writing errors in the Material and Method section. Due to the inability to confirm the reliability of the findings, the article has been retracted according to MDPI's retraction policy.
