EL INCIDENTE PROCESAL PARA LA DESCONSIDERACIÓN DE LA PERSONALIDAD JURÍDICA EN EL CÓDIGO DE PROCESO CIVIL DE BRASIL.

The article presents a study on the procedural incident for the disregard of legal personality in the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code. The author explains the theoretical and practical importance of this incident, which allows lifting the corporate veil and holding partners responsible for the acts of the company. Unlike other countries, Brazil has codified this procedure in its legislation and has its own procedure for summoning third parties to the process at any stage, even in the execution of the judgment. The author systematizes the work following the five articles of the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code of 2015 that explain the procedural incident applicable to all stages of the process.
