This article is written in response to the review of my book by Dr. Engin Çetin published in the 78th issue of this journal. The review focuses on some paragraphs and footnotes in five pages of the first chapter of the 600-page book, which is about thirty pages in total, and does not make any valuable comment on the organization of dozens of claims, inferences, theses, hypotheses, which covers the seventy-year career, politics, and relations of a grand vizier. Necessary answers have been given on the five issues in question. This review, which is published under the title of criticism, does not criticize the book, but rather presents information that is unconnected with the narrative, and does not necessitate any change in the structure or historical theses of the book.
