AKMB-Herbstfortbildung – „Alles im grünen Bereich? Nachhaltigkeit in Kunst- und Museumsbibliotheken": Eine Online-Veranstaltung am 9. und 10. November 2023.

The AKMB Autumn Training 2023 took place on November 9th and 10th and focused on the topic "Everything in the Green Zone? Sustainability in Art and Museum Libraries". The event was organized by the Working Group of Art and Museum Libraries (AKMB) in cooperation with the German Society for Information and Knowledge (DGI). Various lectures and discussions were held on topics such as climate protection in museums, sustainable use of resources in libraries, and networking and participation in consortia as a strategy. There was also a discussion on the implementation of sustainability in the library of the German Literature Archive in Marbach and the long-term preservation of digital content.
