Abstract

The article investigates the effects of Fe3O4 nanoparticles on respiratory parameters through intravenous injection in Wistar rats, finding that increasing doses of these nanoparticles lead to significant changes in bronchoalveolar lavage parameters, suggesting potential harm. Topics include the methodology for administering nanoparticles to rats, the impact on selected respiratory parameters, and the significance of dose escalation in nanoparticle-induced effects on lung health.
