Abstract

Drug delivery system, preparation by conjugation of graphene oxide nanosheets (GONSs) and polyethylene glycol (PEG4000) 4000 then loading with Nigella sativa (N. sativa) (black seed extraction), drug. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the material. XRD peaks indicate the successful synthesis of GONSs with a hexagonal structure, while in GONSs –PEG4000, the site shifted, ensuring the capped of two materials. Flaky wavy sheet with tree branch exhibited in TEM images with particles size ± ∼100 nm. The anticancer activity study in vitro for two lines of cancerous tissue AMJ13 and SK-GT-4 cells. Drug nanoparticles with plant extraction show a Cytotoxic high effect than nanoparticles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
