Abstract
- The article focuses on comparing the outcomes of percutaneous image-guided lumbar decompression (PILD) using the Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) procedure with interspinous spacers over a 2-year period. Topics discussed include harm rates and subsequent procedure utilization, with findings indicating a lower harm rate in the MILD group compared to patients who received interspinous spacers, while procedure utilization did not differ significantly between the groups.
