Abstract

The article argues for the necessity of school choice in preserving religious liberty and freedom of belief. It discusses how the current education system can impede these freedoms and proposes equal funding for students to attend public, private secular, or private religious schools of their choice. It highlights the importance of parental autonomy in education and the constitutional implications of K-12 educational funding equity.
