Flipping the Switch.

A case study of a 43-year-old woman presenting with dysuria and lower abdominal pressure, with a history of recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) over the past 2 years. Each episode was diagnosed as a UTI and treated with antibiotics. Given the recurrence, considerations include whether the diagnosis, pathogen or treatment approach is incorrect.
