Incarcerated Obturator Hernia.

A case study of an 84-year-old woman with left lower abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, diagnosed with an incarcerated obturator hernia, a rare condition more common in thin, multiparous, older women, often leading to delayed diagnosis due to subtle physical examination findings. Emergency laparotomy was performed and the patient recovered well post-surgery.
