This paper describes Paraskeletodes hamiguitanensis sp. nov., the second species of the genus Paraskeletodes Aurivillius 1972 (Coleoptera: Cerambycinae: Phoracanthini) in the world. This rare species was found in Mt. Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary (MHRWS), a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Province of Davao Oriental, Mindanao Island, Philippines.
