PHS 法による再発鼠径ヘルニアに対して, メッシュ選択・配置を 工夫したTAPP法が奏功した2例

Case 1 was a 67-year-old man and case 2 was an 85-year-old woman. Both patients experienced recurrent internal inguinal hernia after undergoing treatment for inguinal hernia using the Prolene Hernia System, and the transabdominal preperitoneal approach was successful. In recurrent cases, the extent of underlay patch expansion and adhesion is variable.
