Abstract
- A 47-year-old transgender woman experienced a lack of effectiveness in the treatment of irritant contact dermatitis of the neovagina, leading to intentional misuse of petrolatum and non-compliance with treatment. The patient also received off-label treatment with glycopyrrolate and oxybutynin for chronic neovaginal discharge. During the course of treatment, the patient developed drug intolerance, experiencing symptoms such as dry mouth, dry eyes, and constipation. The specific dosages and routes of administration were not mentioned in the article. [Extracted from the article]
