Abstract
- This article, titled "Direct implicit and explicit energy-conserving particle-in-cell methods for modeling of capacitively coupled plasma devices," was published in the journal Physics of Plasmas on October 26, 2023. It contains a scatter plot (Fig. 16) that shows the relationship between averaged electron temperature and the ratio of time step to spatial step for different cases. However, there was an error in the figure when it was originally published online, but it has since been corrected in all online versions of the article as of October 30, 2023. The authors of the article are Haomin Sun, Soham Banerjee, Sarveshwar Sharma, Andrew Tasman Powis, Alexander V. Khrabrov, Dmytro Sydorenko, Jian Chen, and Igor D. Kaganovich.
