Kollegiale Beratung in der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung: Theorie und Simulation.

The article describes the implementation of the concept of peer consultation in generalist nursing education. With the introduction of the Nursing Professions Act, peer consultation was integrated as a mandatory component of the education. At the Vocational School "Dr. Erich Paulun," an approach was developed that combines theory and simulation of peer consultation. A accompanying study was conducted to evaluate the implementation process. The simulation of peer consultation was positively evaluated by the trainees, with 83% finding the simulation effective.
