Abstract

The article titled "Amitriptyline-Based Biodegradable PEG-PLGA Self-Assembled Nanoparticles Accelerate Cutaneous Wound Healing in Diabetic Rats" has been retracted by the journal Pharmaceutics. The retraction was due to concerns raised about the duplication of images in the article. An investigation confirmed that figures from the article overlapped with figures from other sources and presented different experimental conditions. The authors were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the overlap, leading to the retraction of the paper. The retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal, although the authors did not agree with the decision. [Extracted from the article]
