As one of the examples of interaction between sectarian tendencies, Qaderîte-Murjiite individuals are the people who have been seen in the tradition of fırak in Murjia or Mu'tazilah, accepted some basic ideas of both tendencies. While their status in Mu'tazila were rejected by some scholars on the ground of opposition to "five principles "and this opposition did not prevent them from being mentioned in the classes of the Mu'tazilah. For this reason, different definitional and various classification efforts for these people have been in the sectarian traditions. However, these efforts were resulted in some problems. In addition, their position in Mu'tazilah was not positively depicted even by the writers who gave them a place in the Mu'tazilite classes and they showed an exclusivist attitude towards them because of their view of irja.
