Topics discussed include deficiencies in civil liability regimes like the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the Alien Tort Statute, civil liability routes used in jurisdictions in business-related human rights violations, the French Duty of Vigilance Law, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
