Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 32-day-old female infant who experienced poor feeding, mild cough, lack of appetite decreased activity, and sub febrile fever. Topics discussed include vital signs at admission to the hospital, mechanisms in the etiology of respiratory virus-associated neurological complications, and potential causes of hyponatremia, which is said to increase the disease severity in infants hospitalized with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection.
