荧光引导下脑脓肿切除术的临床应用研究.

Objective To explore the application of fluorescence guided technology in brain abscess resection surgery. Methods 6 patients with brain abscess admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, Xinqiao Hospital of the Army Medical University from August 2017 to March 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were undertaken sodium fluorescein（SF), guided surgery under Pentero 900 microscope（Carl Zeiss, Germany), Claudin-5 expression in the abscess walls were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. Results Intra-operative yellow fluorescence was noted in all brain abscesses, and claudin-5 expression on capillary endothelial cells of the brain abscess was down-regulated and disconnected compare to normal brain tissues. Conclusion The down-expression of claudin-5 on capillary endothelium of brain abscess may lead to the blood-brain barrier disruption, and SF guided technique can be applied to improve the resection of brain abscess.
