Documento de buenas prácticas para replicar el proyecto Bibliotecas por la Interculturalidad en otras bibliotecas: aportes desde la experiencia.

The purpose of this document is to promote the project to the Andalusian local libraries so that it can be replicated in other municipalities. The experience gained by the participating libraries is intended to be shared to point out the good practices that may be useful to them. Although it is known that each context, municipality, and library has its own particularities, we have tried to share the elements that have been common to the success of the activities, despite the different contexts. This work is addressed to all local libraries in Andalusia and, therefore, to the library staff responsible for the library staff who are willing to carry out a similar initiative. It is also aimed at all the Andalusian town councils that wish to foster projects that encourage values such as respect for cultural diversity and the promotion of new narratives to address migrations that move away from hate speech so present in recent times in our society.
