Abstract

This research focused on the study of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture in the construction company ISABA S.A. The Denison and Causal Relationships model was used, with a descriptive, correlational, and documentary type of research. The results indicated a strong presence of Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture, with average scores of 4.45 and 4.52 on a 5-point scale, respectively. However, the correlational analysis through the SPSS statistical software and the correlational analysis tool generated a very low positive correlation, with a value of 0.055. This suggests that Corporate Social Responsibility does not significantly influence the organizational culture of the company or does so in a very limited way, which suggests an individualistic approach in both areas that prevents a total integration of the evaluated variables. In conclusion, the need to work on an integrated management model that allows a better union between the variables studied is highlighted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
