PRÁVO NA INFORMÁCIE A SLOBODNÝ PRÍSTUP K INFORMÁCIÁM V PODMIENKACH SLOVENSKEJ REPUBLIKY A ČESKEJ REPUBLIKY.

In the article, we try to clarify the essence of the right to information, especially in the context of free access to information in the conditions of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. In connection with free access to information, part of the text also includes a comparison of the request for disclosure of information in the countries we examined, in terms of request as well as handling of the request by public authorities. In the paper, we also point out problematic areas in the investigated issue and think about solutions to these problematic areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
