Leadership as an Enabler of Innovation Climate and Innovative Work Behavior in Indonesia's Public Libraries.

Organizations play an important role in the continuity of a good work environment. This study aims to determine the types of leadership influence the innovative behavior of librarians in public libraries and innovation climate influences the innovative behavior of librarians in public libraries. This study using qualitative methods and was conducted in several public libraries in Indonesia. The respondents are the librarian in Malang City public Library, Gunung Kidul public Library, and Yogyakarta Special Region public Library.
