Abstract
- The article provides information on a study which described the process evaluation used to assess the Kentucky Child Welfare Workforce Wellness Initiative (KCWWWI), designed to understand the effects of job-related stress on frontline child welfare workers (FCWWs). Topics discussed include research design for the study, barriers to recruitment of participants in the initiative, and facilitators for the project.
