Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old boy diagnosed with microphthalmia transcription factor family translocation renal cell carcinoma, initially identified through the presence of varicocele. Topics discussed include the rarity of pediatric renal cell carcinoma, the unusual manifestation of varicocele in children with renal cell carcinoma, and the importance of considering retroperitoneal tumors in the differential diagnosis of varicocele in children.
