Aortopexy with pericardiopexy for tracheomalacia in right pulmonary agenesis.

The article presents a case study of a female neonate with right pulmonary agenesis and severe tracheomalacia. It is reported that the patient initially showed no airway problems in the neonatal period but developed severe ventilatory insufficiency at four months of age. It is further reported that enhanced CT revealed severe mediastinal distortion and tracheal compression by the aorta.
