Integrating case studies from innovative drug research into organic chemistry classroom teaching, along with the use of relevant software to demonstrate the interactions between organic small molecules and biomacromolecules, can make these concepts more vivid, accessible, and engaging for students. Moreover, this approach deepens students' understanding of the relationship between organic chemistry and pharmacy, and ignites their interest and proactivity in learning, which ultimately enhances the overall teaching quality.
