Digital transformation of ship crew training programs under the constraints caused by Covid-19.

The article deals with the issue of digital transformation of training programs for ship crews in the conditions of restrictions caused by COVID19. The relevance of the study is due to three components: the ongoing processes of digitalization of education, the peculiarities of training ship crew members in accordance with international requirements, as well as the risks caused by the COVID19 pandemic. The research material is the opinion of students and teachers on the implemented training programs. The paper analyzes the available scientific research on the digital transformation of education, including educational programs for the training of ship crews. The external and internal challenges and threats faced by the university during the emergency transition to the remote format of work and training of cadets are listed. The results of the work done by the university in the shortest possible time to overcome the difficulties encountered are presented. The answers to the questionnaire questions are analyzed, which allow assessing the satisfaction of two main groups of consumers - students and teachers, with the process of digital transformation of training programs for ship crews in conditions associated with restrictions caused by COVID19. The results of this analysis made it possible to compare the reaction of each of the consumer groups to the changes taking place and to identify the potential causes of these changes for each of the groups.
