Application of the method of acoustic emission in the problems of reliability control and predicting the performance of machine parts and mechanisms.

The article deals with the issue of formation and depletion of the plasticity reserve of the metal of the product in the process of its life cycle. A method of acoustic emission is proposed for monitoring and predicting the operational characteristics of mechanical engineering products. The results of the study allow us to recommend a method for introducing into the structure of the processes of both the manufacture of a product and its operation.
