Encryption based on singular cubic curves cryptosystem is still being actively researched. This paper provides a secure public key cryptosystem based on a singular cubic curve. Isomorphism theorems are addressed in singular cubic curves and applied as a tool for RSA, and their effectiveness and level of security are determined by encrypting a text message and comparing it to an RSA algorithm.
