UMA PÁGINA QUE NÃO VIRA: A (IN)SEGURANÇA ALIMENTAR E NUTRICIONAL COMO DESAFIO PARA A SAÚDE PÚBLICA.

This article goal is to make considerations about the formulation of food and nutrition security policy and the function of intersectoriality as a strategy to make sure the expanded concept of health. The text, through bibliographical research, describes the complexity that involves the theme within the neoliberal logic, marked by the proposal of a minimal State in the field of social policies, performed from the counter-reforms of the State in Brazil. It concludes by pointing to a set of setbacks in the materialization of a public policy, both in the provision of services and in the ideological deconstruction of the recognition as a right.
