Abstract

A new phased-array driver module for a two-antenna array is proposed in this paper. This driver, designed using a six-port phase discriminator, automatically controls the phase of one antenna-array element in order to maximize the received power. The results for a phased two-antenna array operating at 2.45 GHz are presented and discussed. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
