In this paper, after recalling that there are different visions of orientation to which professionals can anchor their interventions remembering, however, and that each of them has been influenced by the historical context in which it was born, a model of orientation 5.0 is proposed that is inspired above all by the values of prevention and social justice. It is a vision that looks ahead to desirable futures and to that 5.0 Society that has yet to be adequately defined, studied and built. For these reasons, the timeframes, stages and activities that Orientation 5.0 proposes are governed above all by foresight and the prospective thinking that can be considered the real fuel of an orientation that looks to the future with the eyes of the right for all to well-being and respect for their natural and social contexts of life.
