This paper examines the financial inclusion (FI) and the reforms of the Algerian banking system, as well as the possibility of adopting (FI) as a mechanism for its rehabilitation, by analyzing the most important indicators to measure supply and demand on financial and banking products, in order to discover the reality of (FI) in Algeria and its constraints. It also addressed the policies adopted and the measures taken by the bodies concerned to improve the (FI) level. The study concluded that the relationship between (FI) and the performance of the Algerian banking system is a direct and reciprocal correlation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
