Abstract
- A 59-year-old man experienced neurotrophic keratitis with severe corneal melt while being treated for neovascular glaucoma. The patient had been taking a combination of neomycin/polymixin-B/dexamethasone, nepafenac, tafluprost, and brimonidine/brinzolamide. Later, he also experienced treatment failure while taking doxycycline, hyaluronic-acid/trehalose, and levofloxacin for neurotrophic keratitis. The specific timing and dosage of the medications were not provided. [Extracted from the article]
