Abstract

This paper presents a female, benign intramedullary cyst case aged 66-year-old. During the operation, it Received 24 September 2020 was found that the cystic wall was very thin, and the cystic fluid was colorless and transparent. The lesion Accepted 6 May 2021 with the capsule was removed partially. Surprisingly, there was no epithelial lining on the capsule wall.
