Fifty Years of Strategies for Equal Access to Graduate Fellowships.

The article addresses the end of the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Minority Graduate Fellowship Program (MGFP), which aimed to increase the representation of racial and ethnic minority students pursuing advanced degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
