Tedarikçi Seçiminde Farklı Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden Elde Edilen Sonuçların Karşılaştırılması.

Supplier selection can be shown as one of the most critical decision-making processes for businesses today. When the literature on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Methods is examined, it is seen that there are many different methods from traditional methods to modern methods. With the help of these methods, it becomes possible for decision makers to choose between different alternatives by using different measurement units and criteria. However, different methods may produce different results due to details such as the different structures of these methods and the characteristics of the data sets. With this study, it is aimed to compare and evaluate together the results obtained through different MCDM methods as ARAS and EDAS on the same data set. When the results obtained are evaluated, it has been determined that the final rankings obtained from the two methods differ, 3 suppliers are in the same order in both methods, and the other 5 suppliers are in different rankings. In addition, it is seen that different suppliers are in the best supplier position in the two methods used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
