The paper aims to determine the degree of wear of the punches of a mold for vibro-pressed pavers. Wear of the mold core and/or punches directly affects the shape, dimensions and quality of the pavers. The wear of the edges of the punches influences the contour of the pavers and leads to the appearance of a surface defect through a surplus of material on the edges of the pavers.
