Abstract

This article evaluates the mechanical behavior of new rotary systems used in endodontic treatments. The Trunatomy ™ 26.04, Logic 2 ™ 25.05, and Flat File ™ 25.04 systems were compared in terms of cyclic fatigue resistance, torque, and angular deflection. The results showed that the Trunatomy ™ 26.04 system had lower cyclic fatigue resistance and lower torque for fracture, while the Logic 2 ™ 25.05 system had higher angular deflection. This information is relevant to facilitate endodontic treatment in teeth with complex anatomy. [Extracted from the article]
