Abstract
- A 28-year-old woman experienced pituitary apoplexy while being treated with cabergoline for prolactinoma. She initially presented with irregular menses and amenorrhea, along with a supranasal headache and nipple crusting. After four weeks of cabergoline treatment, she developed a severe headache and was diagnosed with pituitary hemorrhage. The woman was hospitalized, underwent neurosurgery, and received conservative management for her condition. [Extracted from the article]
