Black ou White: Reflexões Sobre Racismo e Transformações de cor Entre Profissionais de Gestão Pública em Minas Gerais.

The article analyzes the perception of color identity and discusses parameters of racial ethnic classification by studying the color variables of public servants of the career of Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management of Minas Gerais. It has quantitative bias when comparing data from self-declaration and heteroclassification, and qualitative, from the analysis of the perception of career servers regarding self-image and racial identity. Data collection occurred at three different moments, allowing the observation of changes between classifications and the identification of the colors that changed the most. It was observed that color identification may vary for the individual himself according to his/her sense of belonging, influenced by aspects other than the biological. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
