Abstract
- A retrospective cohort study conducted in Brazil described three cases of women with breast carcinoma who developed endometrial adenocarcinoma, atrophic endometrium, or submucous leiomyoma during treatment with tamoxifen. The women were receiving a daily dose of 20mg of tamoxifen, and anatomopathological studies revealed the development of these conditions. The study did not provide information on the ages of the women, the routes and durations of treatment, or the outcomes. [Extracted from the article]
