Abstract
- Two topics have occupied the Serbian team since the 2017 ICWIP. First, the team continued to participate in the worldwide discussions and studies about the role of Serbian physicist Mileva Einstein-Marić in the life and research of her husband Albert Einstein. We used the couple's early letters to show that they were pioneers in the application of learning methods that now carry formal names such as peer instruction, research-based learning, project-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. Second, we addressed the workload required of Serbian secondary school physics teachers. We studied around 3,000 students taught by a physics teacher in Serbia during one school year and analyzed the data in relation to practices worldwide. Based on our findings, we recommend a lower workload. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
